The «Deconfining arts, culture and policies in Europe and Africa» who aims to create new equitable cultural links between Europe and Africa. Through enhanced cooperation between the two continents, the project brings together cultural practitioners, policy makers, performing artists, media/visual artists, field universities and audiences from both continents.
