On 23 september we attend the Meeting on Organisational and Strategic Developmentof the ICH NGO Forum as member of it.
ICH NGO Forum is a significant and growing network in the field of intangible cultural heritage, bringing together accredited member organisations from across the globe to advocate for living heritage and the communities that sustain it. Over the years, the Forum has achieved much, with successful initiatives, increasing impact, and a collective voice that continues to grow in reach and relevance.
As the Forum evolves, it also faces questions worth addressing together: how to ensure every member organisation is heard and can contribute meaningfully to shared work; how to secure continuity and operational capacity as leadership and membership have to face continuous change over time; how to maintain genuine geographical representativeness; and how to build structures that work effectively in an organisation that today runs solely on voluntary effort.
